Joe White
President
Joe grew up in Apex, NC, and began installing floors with his father at the young age of 12.
With so many years of experience, Joe is confident that his experience allows him to guide JW Floor Covering’s customers in choosing the most economical flooring based on expectation, performance and purpose. Rather than relying on the price of the product to make the decision, Joe walks customers through all their options thoroughly, so they can be confident in their choice.
In his free time, Joe enjoys playing music, fishing, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
Carole Anne White
Vice President
Carole Anne met her husband Joe in high school and they got married in 1990 and had two sons.
At JW Floor Coverings, Carole Anne handles all of the invoicing, accounts payable and receivable transactions and all of the paperwork behind the scenes.
She has experience in color selection and helping customers choose the right shades and tones for the appropriate floors. In her free time, Carole Anne enjoys cooking and loves creating recipes.
Darin White
Bona Certified Craftsman
Darin has been in flooring since he was young, just like his father.
After high school and during college, Darin took an interest in sanding and revitalizing hardwood floors. Darin attended the Bona Hardwood Training School in Monroe, NC, in 2014 and learned the latest and most advanced techniques and practices. He was trained and tested by Bona to ensure he could create the most beautiful and durable results possible. Darin is now a Bona Certified Craftsman and has developed an interest in aged, reclaimed flooring.
Darin’s portfolio includes refinishing at UNC’s School of Medicine, Ackland Art Museum in Chapel Hill, and Historical and Modern homes in Wake and other counties. In his spare time, Darrin enjoys playing music and fishing.
